Dear Pond Pals,
Hello from my favorite sunny spot on the lily pad!
Today, the breeze is warm, the dragonflies are zipping by like tiny helicopters, and Bramble is snoring under his usual tree. I just had to write you a note before I go splash in the stream.
Do you ever feel like the world is just waiting for you to notice its magic? This morning, I watched a butterfly land on a dewdrop and drink like royalty. Bartholomew says noticing little things like that is the first step to being a good explorer. I say it’s also the first step to being a great friend—to the planet and to each other.
Some days, I hop high. Some days, I sit still and listen. But every day, I try to learn something new. That’s my secret: I don’t need to know everything right away. I just have to be curious and kind and willing to try—one leap at a time.
So, dear Pals, keep your eyes open and your hearts even wider. There’s always something wonderful waiting to be discovered, especially if you’re looking with wonder.
With muddy feet and a happy heart,
Ferdi
P.S. If you see Silas, tell him I saved a beetle cookie for him (but I might’ve taken a tiny bite… quality control, you know).
Until next hop, your pal, Ferdi 🐸
