Dear Pond Pals,
Today, I want to tip my lily pad to someone truly special — Stuart, the Original Frog.
He was wise, he was courageous and he was so smart! And when Stuart spoke, even Bartholomew listened (and that’s saying something).
Stuart taught me that leadership isn’t about being the loudest in the pond—
it’s about stillness, patience, and knowing when to leap… and when to simply be.
So here’s to the frog who’s seen more ripples than I can count.
Thank you, Stuart, for showing us how to lead with grace (and a really great chin).
