Ferdi’s Pond is designed for children ages 3–8. All memberships and purchases must be made by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Our resources (printables, videos, activities, stories, and guides) are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. Always supervise your child’s participation and use your judgment in adapting activities for their needs.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

• Membership access (Caterpillar, Chrysalis, Butterfly levels) is subscription-based.

• By enrolling, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel.

• You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

• Refunds are not guaranteed once content has been accessed or downloaded.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials within Ferdi’s Pond — including illustrations, stories, worksheets, and activities — are the creative property of Dressed Up Hippy, LLC. You may print and use them for personal household use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our content is prohibited without written permission.

6. Community Standards

If the app includes community features, parents are responsible for ensuring respectful use. We do not allow harmful, offensive, or unsafe behavior. Accounts that violate our standards may be suspended or terminated.

7. Privacy & Safety

• We collect parent/guardian information for account management and communication.

• We do not collect personal details from children.
